In spring or summer, strawberries are in season. Now's the time to try this delicious strawberry salad with menthol yogurt recipe.
Ingredients for 4 persons
- 1 orange
- ½ bunch of mint
- 4 stirred yogurts
- 2 tbsp. agave syrup
- 600 g of strawberries
- Freshly ground black pepper
> Squeeze the juice from the orange.
> Wash and mince the mint then add it to the orange juice. Leave to macerate for 15 minutes, then mix with the yogurts. Sweeten with the agave syrup.
> Pour into cups.
> Quickly wash the strawberries, hull them and cut them into cubes. Arrange them on the yogurt.
> Garnish with a few mint leaves, a turn of a pepper mill and possibly agave syrup.
Serve as fresh.
